the answer would be A because in life there are them ups and downs but if you are mentally healthy you would be aware of that and know its not just you like that and its not the end of the world.
also that tomorrow is always a new day and will turn out differently.
unless you walk on the same road you walked on yesterday.
you cant change yesterday . don't lie but what you can do is change the future, ( tomorrow) because its what you have in your hands .
