First you need to determine the ammount of icecream per hour, so 200 divided by 10.    you get 20 quarts per hour.  so if you go for twelve hours you do 20 times 12 which is 240 so, 240 per 12 hours, and you have 24 hours in a day so multiply 240 times 2 and you get 480 quarts per day
