This is kind of a two-for-one type of answer. Per OSHA, to prevent slipping accidents within a restaurant, employees should invest in non-slip shoes however, it's also to restaurant's obligation to make sure there is increased traction in the walkways.

2:  Lay that person on their back and open their airway

3: Check for breathing in the pulse, if they're dead, start the CPR

Do 30 chest compressions

Do 2 mouth to mouth rescues
