Dr. King's 'I HAVE A DREAM' speech was a persuasive appeal for all Americans irregardless of race, color, gender, religion, etc. His speech had a powerful impact on our nation to change the hearts and minds of all people in order for all races to reconcile our differences no matter what.

Newspaper articles, definitely. I don't think quotation marks can occur in movies, and not many people would paint quotation marks xD
Meanwhile, newspaper articles often interview other people, and must include quotation marks in order to cite them.
