People answer the phone differently, some check the caller id before they answer and others answer right away. At my job we are supposed to answer the phone before the third ring ends. It all depends on your preference and where you are.<span />

kakasveta [241]

Answer:

It should give 15 haircut

And maximum profit will be 112.5

Explanation:

It is given total cost TC=0.5Q^2

Corresponding marginal cost MC = Q

For maximizing profit P = MC

Assuming market price of haircut Q = 15

So it should give 15 haircut

So P = MC = Q = 15

Profit is equal to

Profit = PQ - TC

=15\times 15-0.5\times 15^2

Consider a test for mu.if the p-value is such that you can reject h0 at 5% level of significance, can you always reject h0 at 3%
Neporo4naja [7]
The appropriate response would be "no". Assume the p-esteem is 4%. That is sufficient to dismiss the invalid speculation at the 5% noteworthiness level, however insufficient at 3%. 3% is a higher (lower numerically) hugeness limit. It implies the chances are much lower that the watched result could have happened by shot.
