Assume your friend piano time is x min, so your piano time is x-15 min.
6×(x-15)=4x
6x-6×15=4x
6x-4x=90
2x=90
x=45 min

The solution to a system of two linear equations is (4, -3). One equation has a slope of 4. The slope of the other line is the n
astraxan [27]

Answer:

Hello,

First equation is false

Second equation is true

Step-by-step explanation:

1)

(4,-3) is a point of the line y=4x-19  since

-3=?4*4-19

-3=-3

2)

(4,-3) is not a point of the line y=1/4x-2 since

-3=? 1/4*4-2

-3=? 1-2

-3≠-1

I have written that because it is difficult for me to understand

"the negative reciprocal of the slope of the first"

the negative reciprocal of 4 should be -1/4.

Equation y=1/4x-2 is false.

Determine if the relationship is a function & explain why and why not.
padilas [110]
No the following coordinates do not show a function because of the y-values. In the pairs that you have, (3,5) and (0,5) have the y-values of "5" that are repeating.

Hope this helps. I learned that in math.
