The endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus are both membrane-bound organelles found in eukaryotic cells. Which statement desc

The ER assembles proteins, and the golgi body modifies and packages them.

ER Golgi apparatus, because it packages proteins received from the ER cytoplasm

The Golgi body are the ones that slightly alter, organize and prepare so-called parcels to be delivered for all the organelles in the cell. They receive these packages mainly in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. These packages that set out by Golgi body are macromolecules that used and synthesized by cells in many operations. If ER is absent then it would only mean that Golgi body would have no use other than simply lysosomes but these macromolecules plays a dynamic role in many organelles –nutrients, ATP and cell metabolism. It'll have a ripple effect if ER is absent in the cell.

For this assignment, you will write an essay describing the production of protein molecules through transcription and translatio
Trava [24]

. Messenger RNA (mRNA) is synthesized from a gene segment of DNA which ultimately contains the information on the primary sequence of amino acids in a protein to be synthesized. The genetic code as translated is for m-RNA not DNA. The messenger RNA carries the code into the cytoplasm where protein synthesis occurs. The cell does not contain large quantities of mRNA. This is because mRNA, unlike other RNAs is constantly undergoing breakdown.

2. In the cytoplasm, ribsomal RNA (rRNA) and protein combine to form a nucleoprotein called a ribosome. The ribosome serves as the site and carries the enzymes necessary for protein synthesis. The ribosome attaches itself to m-RNA and provides the stabilizing structure to hold all substances in position as the protein is synthesized. Several ribosomes may be attached to a single RNA at any time.

3. Transfer RNA (tRNA) contains about 75 nucleotides, three of which are called anticodons, and one amino acid. The tRNA reads the code and carries the amino acid to be incorporated into the developing protein. Part of the tRNA doubles back upon itself to form several double helical sections. The tRNA "reads" the mRNA codon by using its own anticodon. The actual "reading" is done by matching the base pairs through hydrogen bonding following the base pairing principle. Each codon is "read" by various tRNA's until the appropriate match of the anticodon with the codon occurs.

The sun shining on a tidal pool during a hot day heats the water. As some water evaporates, the pool becomes saltier, causing.
ludmilkaskok [199]

As water evaporates off salt water, the water gets saltier, and dissolved oxygen in the water reduces.

Dissolved oxygen and solute concentration

There is an inverse relationship between the dissolved oxygen in water and the concentration of solute.

Thus, as water evaporates off the tidal pool, available free oxygen decreases accordingly just as the water becomes more salty.

In other words, the more water in a solution, the more free oxygen, and vice versa.
