They can’t change from bone to stomach cells. Once the cell has a dna set it will become what that dna is set for it to become and can’t change.
CO2 can enter through many ways such as
1) Coal emissions from factories
2) The decomposition of living organisms
3) The breathing out of animals
4) Waste and animal waste
