Consider the following cross:
Nadusha1986 [10]
The question is one of a dihybrid cross.

The picture that I attach below is a punnett cross of the parents (Yy Tt and  Yy Tt).

So first you have to separate the two parents into gametes by pairing the alleles ( Yt , YT, yT, yt).  Then I crossed then with the punnett square and from that we see that there are two possible off spring that will would possess the genotype Yy TT (shaded gray in the diagram).

Thus the probability that a Yy TT offspring would be 2 out of 16
                   =   \frac{2}{16}
                   =   \frac{1}{8}
                   =   12.5 %

Which client should the nurse assess first? a client being treated for right side heart failure who has 1+ pitting edema to lowe
MA_775_DIABLO [31]
The client with chronic hypertension with a current blood pressure reading of 182/98 mmHg should be managed first. According to the AHA guidelines for hypertension, this is considered as a hypertensive urgency and should be managed first by having the patient lie down comfortably and reassessing the blood pressure again. If there is no improvement, the patient should be referred to a physician and a rapid blood pressure lowering drug should be given (i.e. Clonidine 75 mcg tablet sublingually up to 3 doses every 15 minutes). The patient with right-sided heart failure with edema can be treated non-urgently or as out-patient with diuretics. The patient asking for a refill can be entertained last.

Pyrimidines: Cytosine and Thymine each have a single six-member ring. Purines: Guanine and Adenine each have a double ring made up of a five-atom ring attached by one side to a six-atom ring.
