I was assaulted which left me impaired at the ankle. I recently found out that my doctor failed to document anything from 2015 a

nd started to document in 2017,even on my visits they never took me seriously. This as resulted me in loss of better claim and to the point im worth £2000 and CICA have stated thiers not enough evidence to prove otherwise. What do i do?

First off I'm sorry to hear what happened to you and unfortunately it happens way to often. But I'd suggest you to get a good lawyer even though it'll cost money to get one you will be appreciative in the long run because he/she is more experienced in cases like yours so they'd have the best advice ^_^
