Answer: MOST suspicious that the child has experienced neck and facial injuries

Explanation:

Since the child was wearing lap belt this indicate that most of the body was hindered from any movement that would have resulted to him flying out of the car and probably breaking his arms or legs and also the airbag worked effectively.

He is likely to have had a movement that might have twisted his neck uncontrollable in the midst of the accident and maybe flying glasses may have hit his face.
