Since a point is literally a point, it does not have a length. A point is a location, and a line has infinite points on it, so 2 could be correct. For the third one, they can lie on the same plane as the point could be on the line. Lastly, since collinear means on the same line (3 or more points) and there are many points (locations) on a line, a point can be on a line and therefore collinear.
