The South African referendum of 1992 was held on 17 March 1992 in South Africa. In it, white South Africans were asked to vote in the country's last whites-only referendum to determine whether or not they supported the negotiated reforms begun by State President F.W. de Klerk two years earlier. The result of the election was a large victory for the "yes" side.
This political intervention lead to the democratic elections held in 1994 and the inauguration of the first democratically elected President of SA, Nelson Mandela.....think that this was significant in SA history.
When young people migrate from a rural area which probably already is suffering from a low birthrate, this effectively eventually can create a "lack of life" in a certain place where after a decade or a few decades, a certain rural area can actually die out due to not enough young people being there anymore.

After the Genghis Khan his descendants conquered more countries but
eventually their power declined and some of the Mongols were absorbed by the

One of the disadvantages of allowing Congressmen and Congress women to serve as long as they want limits new ideas/viewpoints from being shared in the legislative branch.
