LGBT people have experienced many problems that <u>jeopardize</u> their short-term and long-term health, whether it be by social, <u>economic, </u>or medical standards.

The comma after economic isn't needed since you have said "or" and you wrote jeopardize it's actually jeopardise ( If your in the uk it applies to you) . Apart from that it's brilliant :)
