Out of the given changes, developing hands is the first change to take place in a child. This change occurs in the fifth week of life. By six and a half weeks, the embryo begins to move its hands and they undergo the most dramatic change between the sixth and seven week. The digits have formed by the seventh weeks and they are individual and fully separated by seven and a half weeks.
