First you subtract the current fund from the total cost 
400 - 75
=325
Then divide 325 by the price of the tickets 4, for the number of tickets needed
325/4
=81.25
since you can't sell a quarter of a ticket, 81.25 is rounded up to 82
x ≤ 82
