The prayers (subject) did two things:
1: went out as a protest (predicate)
and
2: boycotted the game (predicate)
Remember to use the same tense.
The simple predicate in a sentence is the main action word. In this case, it is "live."
Read the lines from Act I, scene v of Romeo and Juliet.
I think you're talking about a participal phrase.
Ex:Awakened by the blaring horns,Aaron looked out the window.
