Measure your heart rate before, during and after work outs and write it down. Monitors can be worn as a strap across the chest, on the wrist and even on the head, and by measuring your heart rate can help you exercise at the right intensity. Most don't have a display, so you'll need to connect your monitor with a sports watch or smartphone app to see your heart rate.

They can be used around the chest, the wrist, and head. If you are planning on working out, this is a good way to measure the intensity you will work out out on.

PLEASE HELP
Vinil7 [7]

Answer:

1. HACCP.

2. The HACCP Team.

Explanation:

HACCP is an acronym for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.

1. HACCP: it is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards, from raw material production, procurement, and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product. It is recognized internationally as a method used for the identification and management of risks (hazards) that are related to food safety. Therefore, it is designed to be used in all aspects of the food industry such as growing, harvesting, processing, distribution, and consumption.

2. The HACCP Team: multi-disciplinary and including individuals from areas such as engineering, production, sanitation, quality assurance, and food microbiology; may need assistance from outside experts who are knowledgeable in the potential biological, chemical, and/or physical hazards associated with the product and the process. These group of people (team) are saddled with the responsibility of developing, implementing and maintaining the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan or system.

Why do you think it was so difficult to treat patients at 21 000 feet of altitude?
mihalych1998 [28]
There is not much oxygen available at such a high altitude. For this reason, oxygen tanks would be necessary for both staff and patients, as both would need to remain at a stable oxygen level in order to survive.
