Hypothesis: It is basically a prediction of what an experiment will do. You are making a scientific guess to what is going to happen. After you make a hypothesis you will perform a experiment to test your hypothesis and to see whether your hypothesis was right or not. If it is then you are good to go (move on to make a data) if not then you have to do the project over again. 

Research/ Experiment: Usually researching and experimenting are different kind of things but experimenting is basically what i said in the Hypothesis area, you are testing to see if your hypothesis is right or wrong. Usually researching means you are finding a source for your project. (Using source is a main thing when creating a project).

Last by not least theory: Theory is different from predictions or hypothesis. A theory is a supposition or a system of ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained. Example: My theory for the big bang theory is... and you put your theory in it.

1. Adrenal gland:

The adrenal gland is located above each kidney. It has two parts:

Adrenal Cortex - secretes cortisol and aldosterone.

2. Pineal gland/Pineal body:  

This structure regulates the sleep cycle and other biological rhythms.

The pineal gland is located in the middle of the brain. It secretes the hormone melatonin, which regulates the wake and sleep cycle.  

3. Thyroid gland:  

This structure is located at the throat and regulates metabolism.  

The thyroid gland is found in the neck. It produces thyroid hormones that regulate metabolism. It also helps maintain blood pressure, heart rate, digestion, muscle tone and other reproductive functions.  

4. Pancreas:

This structure secretes glucagon and insulin.

The pancreas is located in the abdominal cavity, behind the lower part of the stomach. It secretes glucagon and insulin to regulate the glucose level in the blood.  

5. Thymus gland

This structure regulates the development and differentiation of T lymphocytes.

The thymus gland can be found in the thoracic cavity, in the mediastinum to be exact. T-lymphocytes are produced in the bone marrow, but they develop in the thymus.

This structure regulates blood calcium levels.

They come in two pairs and are embedded on they thyroid gland. It releases parathyroid hormone. This hormone helps regulate the calcium levels in the blood.

Internalization of LDL particles into cells, is needed to form the intracellular vesicles known as endosomes. The order of events that allow for this process are:

5) LDL receptors migrate to the cell surface and cluster in clathrin-coated pits. Clathrin acts directing the receptors to the cell membrane region where endosomes are formed.

1) A combination of cholesterol and apolipoprotein binds to LDL receptors and becomes internalized as endocytotic vesicles. Once the receptors are in the proper cell membrane region, cholesterol and apolipoprotein are bound and internalized.

3) Several endocytotic vesicles fuse to form an endosome.

2) The environment of the endosome becomes acidic, which causes the LDL to dissociate from its receptor; additionally, the endosome fuses with a lysosome. LDL should be dissociated from its receptor since it is going to be degraded in the following step.

4) The LDL particle is degraded by the lysosome. This takes place after endocytosis, when LDL particles are transported into lysosomes once they are fused, cleaving the cholesterol esters into cholesterol and fatty acids.
