So he spent 1600 so x will represent original savings so
x-1600
then he spent 2/5 of the remainder on a refrigerator so
[(x-1600)2]/5
he had 1/3 of original savings left
[(x-1600)2]/5=1/3x
distrubute
(2x-3200)/5=1/3x
multiply both sides by 15
3(2x-3200)=5x
distrubute
6x-9600=5x
subtract 5x from both sides
x-9600=0
add 9600 to both sides
x=9600

Talia tossed a penny many times. She got 30 heads and 70 tails. She said the experimental probability of getting heads was 30 70
-BARSIC- [3]

Answer:

The experimental probability of landing on heads is 0.3

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given the following in the question:

Number of heads = 30

Number of tails = 70

Talia said the probability of getting heads is \frac{30}{70}.

She evaluated the wrong probability.

She did not considered total number of trials in the experiment.

Formula for probability:

\text{Probability} = \displaystyle\frac{\text{Number of favourable outcomes}}{\text{Total number of outcomes}}

Probability of heads =

P(H) = \dfrac{30}{30+70} = \dfrac{30}{100} =0.3

The experimental probability of landing on heads is 0.3

I need help. Somebody, please help me!
Anastasy [175]

Answer:

25 mini loaves

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the first set you can divide and tell that 1 cup of flour is equal to 2.5 mini loaves, applying that to the other set you can inquire that it's true. So therefore what you need to do is multiply 2.5 times the amount of flour you are using.

10 cups = 25 mini loaves
