By the end of the 18th century, Britain was the most advanced country in Europe. The 19th century saw the spread of the Industrial Revolution. Other European countries acquired the tools and skills needed to revolutionise their economies. The United States also underwent an industrial revolution in the 19th century.

The industrial revolution started in Britain in the 18th century and then it spread across the world. The regions that industrialized first was Western Europe, then North America and then followed by Asia and Eastern Europe.

Further explanation:

In the late 1770s, the industrial revolution was started in Great Britain and then it spread to the rest of the part of Europe. The European countries which industrialized after England were France, Belgium, and German. The second country which industrialized after in Europe was Belgium, as Britain was the first.

INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Industrialization in France was slower than Britain and Belgium due to the lack of iron and coal. In France, the majority of workers in the manufacturing industries got employment by the end of the 19th century. When the country was fully industrialized, furniture and textile manufacturing became the ruling industries.

In America, industrial revolution was started in the late 1790s and early 1800s after the manufacturing of mechanized textile which was introduced by Samuel Slater and Francis Cabot Lowell.

Does the constitution address all of the concerns that arose during the time of articles of confederation? Why or why not?
nataly862011 [7]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

I consider that the constitution addresses most of the concerns that arose during the time of articles of confederation?

Let's remember that the Articles of Confederation was the first Constitution of the United States. It had thirteen sections. Both the most relevant articles were:

2.- The sovereignty of the states that had their own powers in their territory.

4.- Free pass for American colonists when traveling across the states, except for criminals.

6.- Central government power to make international treaties and the power of the states to raise an army.

7.- The states decide their military leaders.

8.- The states are the ones who could collect money through taxation. The central government needed money, it had to ask for it from the states.

This meant that the central government was week under the Articles of Confederation and Congress could not collect money through taxation. When the government needed money it had to ask for it from the states. It could not raise an army, either.

That is why delegates met at the Constitutional Convention of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1787. Federalists and Antifederalists debated on the new form of government for the country and created the Constitution.

Federalists supported a strong form of government. Antid¿federalists, not. For states to sign it, Antifederalists like Thomas Jefferson demanded to include many rights for the citizens and respect to the sovereignty of the states. That is why Federalists James Madison drafted the Bill of Rights, the first ten Amendments to the United States Constitution.

The envelope structure of certain flu viruses and bacteriophages is based on which rotational symmetry?
dusya [7]

The envelope structure of certain flu viruses and bacteriophages is based on icosahedral rotational symmetry.

The virus's capsid shields the nucleic acid from the outside world, and some viruses encase their capsids in a membrane envelope.

The majority of viruses have icosahedral or helical capsid forms, but some have complex virion architecture. To increase the size of the capsid, icosahedral viruses increase the number of structural units in each face. A 20-sided geometric shape called an icosahedron is made up of equilateral triangles on each of its 20 sides.

Because icosahedral rotational symmetry makes it easier for viruses to grow and protect their genetic material, it allows them to infect and repeat their RNA on hosts more easily in the future.
