Hello My Friend!

Muscular strength is a muscle’s capacity to exert force against resistance. In Other Words, Muscular strength is the max amount of force that can be exerted.

Muscular endurance refers to the ability to perform a specific muscular action for a prolonged period of time. In Other Words, Endurance is how long you can keep going.

Remember:

Endurance: Slowly building the strength (multiple reps).

Strength: maximal you can exert for a short amount of time (in one rep).
