Cancer is an abnormal and uncontrolled multiplication of cells.
<span>Cancer also involves abnormal cell growth with the potential to spread to other parts of the body via blood and to form metastasis. Cancer cells avoid apoptosis (programmed cell death), have the limitless number of cell divisions and promote blood vessel construction. There are more than 100 types of cancers that affect humans with different signs and symptoms and with many different causes. </span>
In the winter its color changes to more resemble their <em>winter</em> surroundings, so they are more white, enabling them to blend in better with their white surroundings. In summer, its color changes to more resemble its <u><em /></u><em>summer</em> surroundings, so they are more brown like the rocks and ground around them.
A neuromuscular spindle is a spindle-shaped end organ in skeletal muscle. Afferent nerve fibers terminate and is sensitive to passive stretching of the muscle enclosing it.
<span>The Cambrian. The Cambrian Explosion, which began roughly 545 million years ago, was a relatively rapid (~5-10 million years) diversification of multicellular life, including most of the animal phyla currently extant today. This was an evolutionary arms race of sorts, with many creatures achieving both larger size as well as symmetrical bodies and various structural supports, including skeletal systems. It was also a highly experimental times in terms of evolution, as many forms of creatures arose and went extinct in rapid succession during this period.</span>
<span>Sublimation. It's the same effect as evaporation but sublimation means it goes from a solid state (snow) to a gas state. This phenomenon can be seen in your freezer, when ice cubes evaporate the moving particles on the surface fly off to the environment just like in liquids.</span>
