What is the range of the function f(x)=7-3x when the domain is {-4, -2, 0, 2}?
klemol [59]

Answer:

{19,13,7,1}

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the domain is the input we have to plug in each of those numbers to get the range ( or the output.) When we plug in -4 we get 19. When we plug in -2 we get 13, when we plug in 0 we get 7 and when we plug in 2 we get 1. (:

The following are the temperatures of 10 days in winter in °C.
laila [671]

Answer:

0.9

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the mean temperature, we have to add all of the numbers together and divide that by the amount of numbers there are.

6 + 5 + 3 + -4 + 3 + -3 + 2 + -1 + -2 + 0 = 9

There are 10 numbers.

Our mean, or average, would be 9 / 10 = 0.9

T F IfA and B are similar matrices, then AT=BT
muminat

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that for two similar matrices A and B exists an invertible matrix P for which

[tex]B = P^{-1} AP[/tex]

∴ B^{T} = (P^{-1})^{T} A^{T} P^{T} \\

Also P^{-1}P = I\\

and (P^{-1})^{T} = (P^{T})^{-1}

∴(P^{-1})^{T}P^{T} = I

so, B^{T} = (P^{-1})^{T} A^{T} P^{T} = (P^{T})^{-1}A^{T} P^{T}\\B^{T} = A^{T} I\\B^{T} = A^{T}
