The correct answer is A) the high cost of necessary equipment is prohibitive.

Some societies had difficulty participating in the communications revolution due to the high cost of necessary equipment is prohibitive.

Technology had played a major role in the communication revolution. Today the world is connected through the use of the internet. And the connection is immediate. In an instant, we can know what is happening on the other side of the world. If something is happening in Asia, we know it in a matter of seconds. This kind of communication needs a lot of money to have the proper communication systems and devices, software and hardware to make digital communication possible, and not all of the countries can invest money on this. They are poor countries with other priorities.

How did deregulation of business take place in 1920s?
gtnhenbr [62]

Deregulation is the process of removing or reducing state regulations, typically in the economic sphere. It is the repeal of governmental regulation of the economy. It became common in advanced industrial economies in the 1970s and 1980s, as a result of new trends in economic thinking about the inefficiencies of government regulation, and the risk that regulatory agencies would be controlled by the regulated industry to its benefit, and thereby hurt consumers and the wider economy. Economic regulations were promoted during the Gilded Age, in which progressive reforms were touted as necessary to limit externalities like corporate abuse, unsafe child labor, monopolization, pollution, and to mitigate boom and bust cycles. Around the late 1970s, such reforms were deemed as burdensome on economic growth and many politicians espousing neoliberalism started promoting deregulation. Hope this helps!!

AveGali [126]
The correct answer for the question that is being presented above is this one: "Basically, Stalin himself is not part or not one of the signatories to the Atlantic Charter. At that time is the foundation document for NATO, which is an anti-Soviet alliance. USSR occupied many nations for the reason of protection of the borders and creation of buffer zone. For Germany, it is an assurance that Russia won't be able to invade Russia."
