What is uses more energy for organisms producers or primary consumers

I would say producers because it's at the bottom of an energy pyramid which shows that it provides more energy because of the sun, and it contributes to the upper part of the energy pyramid too because when the plant is eaten, the plants energy is added to whatever ate the plant.
