He doesn't care if he isn't picked to start the game. He usually comes on as a sub in the second half and he often scores a goal in the final minutes. He knows that he can add something extra and when we're lost and there are 10 minutes left to the final whistle, he seems to get that adrenaline rush and just wants the ball to show what he can do.
