The Review of Systems (ROS) is a listing of the body systems that's obtained through a series of queries so as to spot signs and/or symptoms that the patient could also be experiencing.

HPI focuses is story regarding the chief grievance and its associated symptoms whereas ROS is a listing of symptoms which includes chief complaints and symptoms.
