Participating in extreme sports can help your cardiovascular system work properly and better because extreme sports usually are very taxing in terms of being an aerobic sport which also puts a lot of burden on the aerobic system. Another benefit would be not so health-related but more personal; doing extreme sports and being close to death - which can hppen - makes one more appreciative and aware of life and death.
1. Why are essential proteins so important to a
healthy diet?
Proteins are a “macronutrient” (just like carbohydrates and fat), which means
that your body needs a large amount of them in order to stay healthy. A healthy
diet requires a balance between the macronutrients and the “micronutrients”
(such as vitamins and minerals, which the body needs in smaller amounts).

2. How does the body use protein?
The body uses proteins to: create and repair tissues; build enzymes, chemicals,
and hormones; every cell in your body is in fact made up of proteins; and it is
also the building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

3. List at least three features shared by the
various popular diet plans discussed in this section.
Since I don’t know which diet plans you’ve discussed, I’ll just list some the
most common features that most healthy diet plans have in common: a good
balance of nutrients, prefer organic food rather than ready/frozen food filled
with chemicals and preservatives, and add a healthy lifestyle.

4. Name and describe a category of
vegetarianism.
A branch of
vegetarianism is Veganism. A vegan does not eat any products that derive from
animals, for example: milk, cheese, butter, eggs, etc. as a step forward to
vegetarianism which simply cuts meat and fish out of the diet. Vegans though
need to replace those nutrients from products that are organic a non-animal-derivate
such as soy, for example.
Inline skating in one of the most popular form of skating.
Inline skates have 4 weels in the middle of the skates, and have no support to keep you suported, therefore you would have to balance. Many people inline skate, the regular skates that have 2 weels in each sides. Those are too modern and regular, inline skates are used way more then modern skates, and inline states are more appealing to the young minds.
Twisting or pulling a muscle or tendon can result in a strain. It can also be caused by a single instance of improper lifting or by over stressing the back muscles. A chronic strain usually results from overuse involving prolonged, repetitive movement of the muscles and tendons. In addition, there are several factors that put a person at greater risk for a back strain or sprain, including excessively curving the lower back, being overweight, having weak back or abdominal muscles, and tight hamstrings (muscles in the back of the thighs). Playing sports that involve pushing and pulling—such as weightlifting and football—also increases the risk of a low-back injury. Chronic strains happen slowly over time from prolonged, repetitive overuse of muscles. Chronic strains develop from using the same muscle groups in the same pattern, causing even small stresses to build on one another. Causes of chronic strain include:
Improper body mechanics or using the wrong muscle groups for a task, such as repeatedly lifting heavy objects using your back instead of your legs
Improper sports mechanics or techniques, such as habitually gripping a tennis racket too tightly or an incorrect golf swing
Participation in the same exercises in the same way, day after day
Poor posture
Use of the wrong equipment, such as running shoes without the proper support for your foot type
