Susan uses the function p(x) = 4x to determine the perimeter of a square when she knows the side length, x. Which statements are
mr_godi [17]

We are given the function p(x) = 4x for the perimeter of the square.

Where x represents the known side length of the square.

x is the independent variable and Perimeter P is the dependent variable on x.

<em>Because value of P total depends on the value of side length x of the square.</em>

Therefore, following statement are true about the given function:

<h3>The perimeter is the dependent variable.</h3><h3>The value of p(x) depends on the value of x.</h3><h3>The length of the side of the square is the independent variable.</h3>

I REALLY NEED HELP!!! this is graded and plzzzz no links!!!!!
lara31 [8.8K]
8 x 6 = 48 (regularly you’d divide by two but this is on both sides so we’ll leave it)
4 x 10 = 40 / 2 = 20
6 x 4 = 24 / 2 = 12
8 x 4 = 32 / 2 = 16
48 + 20 + 12 + 16 = 96
hope that helps! message me with any questions on other problems.

In both cases, the money paid is called the interest. It is usually expressed as a percent. Here we shall look at a formula for simple interest.
