Answer:

5 deluxe violins and 15 standard violins

Step-by-step explanation:

5 x 800 = 4,000

(That was for deluxe violins' price all together ^)

and...

15 x 500 = 7,500

(That was for standard violins' price all together)

4,000 + 7,500 = 11,500

∴ 5 deluxe violins and 15standard violins to fit the question rules!

Hope this helps :]

The Manager ordered 5 Deluxe Violins and 15 Standard Violins.

15 • 500 = 7,500
                                           7,500 + 4,000 = 11,500
5 • 800 = 4,000

Please help me find the function to y
Fed [463]

Answer:

(-1, -7) (0, -1) (1, 5) (5, 29)

Step-by-step explanation:

okay so the equation is y = 6x - 1

all you have to do is plug in all the x values to get the y

y = 6(-1) - 1

y = - 6 - 1

y = -7

y = 6(0) - 1

y = 0 - 1

y = -1

y = 6(1) - 1

y = 6 - 1

y = 5

y = 6(5) - 1

y = 30 - 1

y = 29

What is a number less than 130 that rounds to 130 when rounding to the nearest ten
lilavasa [31]

Answer:

129.99

Step-by-step explanation:

129.99 rounds to 130 because the 9 in the hundredths place causes the 9 in the tenths place to round up, making the number 130.0.

Take the sqrt of both sides of <span>(x+2)^2=10:

x+2 = plus or minus sqrt(10)

Solve for x:  x = -2 plus or minus sqrt(10)

Evaluate x:  x = -2 + sqrt(10)  AND  x = -2 - sqrt(10)       (answers)

Please help me ASAP it’s times THANK U
goblinko [34]

Answer:

Only choices C and D are solutions

Step-by-step explanation:

6x + 3y = -15

y = -2x - 5

6x + 3y = -15

6x + 3(-2x - 5) = -15

6x - 6x - 15 = -15

0 = 0

Since 0 = 0 is a true statement, both equations of this system are the same equation and represent a single line on the coordinate plane.

We need to check each choice in just one equation.

Let's use the second equation.

y = -2x - 5

A.

(2, 7)

7 = -2(2) - 5

7 = -4 - 5

7 = -9   False

Not a solution

B.

(5, 0)

0 = -2(5) - 5

0 = -10 - 5

0 = -15     False

Not a solution

C.

(-3, 1)

1 = -2(-3) - 5

1 = 6 - 5

1 = 1   True

Solution

D.

-13 = -2(4) - 5

-13 = -8 - 5

-13 = -13    True

Solution

Answer: Only choices C and D are solutions
