You are working over the summer in Equatorial Guinea for a real estate agency, and you need to write a short description for an

apartment in the city that you are selling. Write two (2) complete sentences in Spanish, describing the apartment. Remember to use the vocabulary words from this lesson/course only. Use the following suggestions as a guide for your answer:
You may copy and paste the accented and special characters from this list if needed: Á, á, É, é, Í, í, Ó, ó, Ú, ú, ü, Ñ, ñ, ¡, ¿.

Include the following details in your description:

In one sentence, use the yo form of the verb vender to express what you sell, an apartment with how many bedrooms and bathrooms. Be sure to include an adjective for the apartment to help sell it. (e.g., I sell a beautiful apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom.)
In one sentence, state the price of the apartment using numbers over 10,000 and the correct form of the verb costar, as well as at least three other rooms/areas the apartment has, using the correct form of the verb tener. (e.g., The apartment costs 1,000,000 francs and has a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony.)

After the fall of Tiwanaku empire, the many Aymara Lake Titicaca were conquered by the Inca empire. Prior to the Spanish conquest, the Andean province of Qullasuyu was a part of the Inca empire, while the northern and eastern lowlands were inhabited by independent nomadic tribes. Spanish conquistadors, arriving from Cuzco and Asunción took control of the region in the 16th century. During most of the Spanish colonial rule, Bolivia was known as Upper Peru and administered by the Royal Audiencia of Charcas. After the 1st call for independence in 1809, 16 years of war followed before the establishment of the Bolivian Republic, named for the Liberator Simón Bolívar, on August 6, 1825. Since then Bolivia has endured regular periods of political and economic instability, including the loss of various provinces to its neighbors, such as Acre, parts of the Gran Chaco and its Pacific coast, making it a land-locked country. - History on the country (put in new wording though)

With its 10,631,486 people, Bolivia is the 81st largest country in the world by population. It is the 28th largest country in the world by area with 1,098,581 square kilometers.

Bolivia, named after independence fighter Simon BOLIVAR, broke away from Spanish rule in 1825; much of its subsequent history has consisted of a series of nearly 200 coups and countercoups. Democratic civilian rule was established in 1982, but leaders have faced difficult problems of deep-seated poverty, social unrest, and illegal drug production. In December 2005, Bolivians elected Movement Toward Socialism leader Evo MORALES president - by the widest margin of any leader since the restoration of civilian rule in 1982 - after he ran on a promise to change the country's traditional political class and empower the nation's poor, indigenous majority. In December 2009, President MORALES easily won reelection, and his party took control of the legislative branch of the government, which will allow him to continue his process of change. In October 2011, the country held its first judicial elections to select judges for the four highest courts.
