who have troubles in sleeping are usually the ones who are under a lot of
stress. Too much anxiety can cause the brain to overthink situations that are
yet to come which then causes a restless state leading to a lack of sleep.
Often times, people who lack sleep end up getting easily frustrated and most of
the time get easily annoyed. To get out of this, one should practice at least
10 minutes of complete silence to reflect on things followed by deep breathing.
This calms the mind and it helps it to shift the attention of a person putting
him/her into a relaxed sleepy state.</span></span></span>
Always be happy with urself, always pray to GOD,also have the strength to over come any problem or challenge, always have faith in GOD,also meditate on God word.etc
because in track and feild or other testing normally shot put endurance run and standing long jump is all events but push ups are exersizes not events which you compete in
