F(x) = 2/3x + 7...when x = -12             g(x) = 2x + 15....when x = -12
      = 2/3(-12) + 7                                      = 2(-12) + 15
      = -8 + 7                                               = -24 + 15
      = -1                                                     = -9

                             when x = -9
f(x) = 2/3(-9) + 7                              g(x) = 2(-9) + 15
      = -6 + 7                                             = -18 + 15
      = 1                                                     = -3
                              when x = -6
f(x) = 2/3(-6) + 7                             g(x) = 2(-6) + 15
      = -4 + 7                                            = -12 + 15
      = 3                                                   = 3

thats it......when x = -6, both functions have the same output of 3
