Explanation:

irrigation : we all know that water is the main source for growing of plants so if there is better irrigation facilities farmers can use it with out any difficulties

modern technology: we all know that if we ue local technology like axe ox it will very hard to plough but if we use modern technology like tractors it will be very useful and it doesnot cost alot also

land and finance: we all know that land is basic sources for agricultural societies because agriculture can be done only on land not on water . Finance is als a important source for agricultural society because growing plant needs a lot of materials like manure water etc
