What Anna should do is scan the document and attach the document to an e-mail.
This is basically the only thing she can do. Retyping the document would be time-consuming and she wouldn't make it in time. She cannot edit the image if she doesn't scan it first, and she cannot convert the document to a PDF if she doesn't have it on her computer, which is why these two are incorrect answers.
