Why do you think that presidents in recent years have given vice presidents more responsibilities? Give two reasons and explain
lbvjy [14]
The Vice president in my opinion is almost a second president. The vice president's main use in this century is to replace the president in a dire emergency. This is why we almost never see the VP and President together. The president is only one man and it is almost impossible for him to do everything that is needed in the time that he is alloted in office. This is why the VP has many other duties, to help and support his partner.

The correct answer is context and culture, leader attributes and societal impact.

A caring environment where employees feel valued, respected, and head is created through servant leadership is crucial. Businesses can use it to strengthen work environments and increase engagement and morale among their workforces.

Power-sharing and supporting others' personal growth and development are possible goals of a servant leader. This quality also includes leaders holding themselves and others accountable for their words and deeds.

This attribute can also extend to carefully listening to followers to better understand their needs. Every member of a team under the leadership of a servant leader is dedicated to their team's professional and personal growth.

Why did the american army want to control breeds hill??<br>
olasank [31]

Answer:

Explanation:

If i remember correctly....

The Americans had gotten some information about the British wanting to take the hills for a tactical advantage. Of course I think both sides knew the advantage the other side would have if they had control of the hills. They were sent to Bunker Hill and made a mistake and ended up on Breeds hill, closer to where the British were positioned.

Anyways, I think it was more of Americans had to beat the British to it so the British didn't have the upper hand and the British had to take down the Americans, thinking they were going to shoot canons off the hill towards their troops and ships.

Hope this helps a little bit!
