When you go into an interview, you should call your employer sir (for a guy), or ma'am (for a girl). This shows respect. It also shows authority. If they ask you to call them something else, call them that name. That's another sign of respect. Don't add things like Mrs, Mr, Miss, if they say "My name is Kim.".
