The right answer is Check the scene; Call 9-1-1; Start CPR; Stop after the paramedics arrive
If the victim is unconscious and does not breathe normally, chest compressions and insufflations should be performed.
* Check that the victim does not react and does not breathe normally
* Ask someone to call for emergency help (15 or 18) and immediately bring an external automated defibrillator (if available). * Do it all yourself if you are alone.
* Begin by performing 30 chest compressions.
* Then practice 2 breaths.
* Alter 30 chest compressions and 2 breaths.
* Continue resuscitation until emergency help arrives and resume resuscitation, or the victim resumes normal breathing.
