This can result in fetal polycythemia. A delay in cord clamping could cause too many red blood cells in the baby's circulation. Increase in the red blood cell count is also caused by low oxygen levels.Babies diagnosed with polycythemia may have respiratory distress, jaundice, lethargy because too many RBCs could thicken the blood thus slowing down blood circulation all throughout the body.

It has been projected that by 2025 _______ people will suffer from water shortages. a. 1 out of 3 b. 2 out of 3 c. 3 out of 3 d.
Hunter-Best [27]

It has been projected that by 2025 b. 2 out of 3 people will suffer from water shortages.

The problem of shortage of water will happen to the altered weather patterns, depletion of ground water, pollution of water, and due to demand-supply problem in increased population sizes of humans. The present scenario is emphasizing more on the sustainable use of water for agricultural and industrial purposes to promote water conservation. This will reduce the proportion of affected people in the future.
