Answer:

Glucose - ATP

Explanation:

During the glycogen synthesis process, energy from food is stored in the glucose bonds present.

Later, during the breakdown of sugar, ATP (adenosine triphosphate) bonds break down, and then the energy that was stored in the bonds is released to the metabolic processes.

Why are shellfish population often a good indicator of water quality
Pachacha [2.7K]
"Water quality" may include the amounts of dissolved oxygen and the levels of algal growth, pollutants which may be present and the pH level. Water quality effects also which types of organisms can survive in a body of water.
Shellfish require a high level of dissolved oxygen and their abundance is an indication of good water quality. Shellfish are sensitive to changes in the ecosystem and they cannot easily escape changes in the water quality. These are one of the reasons why shellfish are good indicators of water quality.

What should you always remember when you use the coarse adjustment
Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer:

Always remember that the coarse adjustment knob should only be used with the lowest power objective lens. Once it is in focus, you will only need to use the fine focus. Using the coarse focus with higher lenses may result in crashing the lens into the slide.
