Well usually the source for all three (organs to a certain extent; 1 Kidneys, portions of liver, 1 Lung, Skin and or hair) can be taken from a live donor. This usually preferred.

However certain organs such as the heart, or any organ in particular can be gotten from a donor who has experienced brain death to the point where they are clinically dead

I believe the answer is A because this is the two loop system because the air you take in from your lungs automatically is polluted. In the two loop system, the carbon dioxide is taken out out of the oxygen and is pumped back to the heart to be taken out of the body. The oxygenated blood is pumped into places it is needed.
