This question wants us to assume that we have two or three various operating systems installed on our computer’s hard disk. When you boot your machine, the boot manager program will make necessary calculations and choose to boot into the OS that has been set as a priority. However, since the boot managers are designed to offer the user with the list of OS available to boot into, the user can make these selections manually. By default, boot managers have to be stored at particular locations of the hard drive and get the recognition when the system boots up. The bootstrap program comes in when it wants to locate the kernel into RAM and execute it and start the OS.

Typically, the first item in defining a function is _____. (Points : 4)
sveticcg [70]

Answer: Naming the function

Explanation:

The first item for defining the function is the naming of the function. In the function, the first line is known as header and rest of the function is known as body of the function.

The function name is the first step while defining the proper function as we can define the actual function name on which the program are rest based.

We can define a function from which the each value from the set of the components are basically associated with the second component in that particular function.

The correct answer is:

a. All parts of the circuit will begin to carry higher amounts of current than normal.

Explanation:

When two or more than two conductors of different phases touch each other in a power line, the part of the impedance is shunted out of the circuit due to which a large current flow in the un-faulted phases, such current is called the short circuit current. Short circuit current decreases the impedance in the circuit while the current in the circuit increases.

What is the difference between grid computing, beowulf clusters, and blade computing?
Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

The grid computing is the type of processor architecture which basically combine all the resources of the computer system from the various type of domain for reaching the main goal. In the the grid computing all the computer perform all the task together in the network.

The main difference between the beowulf cluster and the grid computing is that the cluster is the homogeneous on the other hand the grid is heterogeneous. The grid computing can run the different types of operating system and cluster computers include similar type of operating system and hardware.

The beowulf cluster is the type of the computer cluster that are easily identical in the local area network. It basically allow the programs to be installed in the system.

Blade computing is the type of server blade in the cloud computing technology that basically refers to the high density server in the networking system. It is the compact device which is used to manage the data in the computer system.
