I don't agree that the government is doing enough, as there are many minorities being treated with harassment and disrespect, more than before.

जब लेखक के घर आया हुआ अतिथि चौथे दिन भी अपने घर नहीं गया तो लेखक व अतिथि की मुस्कुराहटों का आदान-प्रदान भी खत्म हो गया। हंसना बिल्कुल बंद हो गया था; आपसी चर्चा समाप्त हो गई थी। लेखक कोई उपन्यास पढ़ता रहता था तथा अतिथि पत्र पत्रिकाओं के पन्ने पलटता रहता था। एक दूसरे के प्रति प्रेम भाव बोरियत में बदल गया था। लेखक की पत्नी ने भी पकवान बनाने बंद कर दिए थे अब वे पकवान के स्थान पर खिचड़ी बनाने लगी थी।इस प्रकार लेखक और उसके अतिथि के संबंध धीरे-धीरे बदलते जा रहे थे। उनमें अपनेपन के स्थान पर परायापन आ गया था और लेखक चाह रहा था कि अति जल्दी से जल्दी अतिथि उसके घर से चला जाए।
