It is 7.30 o'clock. The alarm clock rings and you wake up. You get dressed, brush your teeth, have your breakfast and leave home. At 8.10 you take a bus to the work and after 45 minutes you arrive to your workplace. You clock in, smile at the reception and begin your casual day at work.

The alarm goes off and I hit the snooze and go back to bed. Then it goes off again and I hit the snooze again and go back to bed. It goes off a third time, and I hit it one more time. Finally, I realize I have 15 minutes to get out the door, so I take a very fast shower, brush my teeth and get dressed. I have no time to make coffee, so I grab my car keys, wallet and phone, bolt past the dogs, and hop in my car.
