The first ratio would be 3:4 (dividing by 5).
The second ratio would be 21:32 (also dividing by five).
To determine if they are equivalent rates, you must somehow make them even. Multiplying 3:4 by 7 would give you 21:28. Thus proving they are not equivalant.

2) (2,0)
0 < 2(2) + 2
0 < 6 this passed the first one
