The ideology of patriarchy is an ideology that is based on the belief of giving the man the power to lead a family with the highest authority, maintaining a state superior to that of women. The Protestant ideology is based on the belief of Christianity that separated from Catholicism to undertake a set of beliefs that are based only on the teachings of Jesus. Here the Patriarchate reinforces the Protestant belief because it supports the belief that man is the authority in the home and in a Christian organization.

India was first administered by a private company called East India Company, formed in 1600. The company had its own armies, governing officials, and a judiciary. The country was dissatisfied with the Company rule, leading to the Sepoy Rebellion on 1857. The British Crown intervened and ruled the country in, establishing the British Raj and completing the British colonization of India. Indians were again discontented with the Crown, resulting to formation of Indian National Congress that worked for independence of the country.

Cultural Rights Vs. Women’s Rights: How do we strike a balance?
Readme [11.4K]
In an ideal world all human beings will be treated equally, regardless of their gender or ethnicity. In fact, article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.” However in reality this is not practiced. Before it discuss the challenges I will look at the background of both cultural and religious groups rights and women’s rights. Will Kymlicka (1995) lays down two different kinds of group rights. The first is minority rights that protects the interests of their members and secondly rights which impose restrictions on its members, such as some cultural groups that set prohibitions and regulations on women.

uranmaximum [27]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

This is a market economy. And we are referring to Switzerland, one of the greatest countries in the world to live and prosper.

A market economy has all the characteristics mentioned in the text above. It allows the competition of many industries with minimum governmental regulation. Prices of products and services are established by supply and demand. That number of industries allows the creation of many jobs and particularly in Switzerland people enjoy a high level of life with minimum poverty.

On the other hand, in a command economy, it is the state which decides what products are to be produced, how many, and the price is fixed by the government that totally controls the production process.
