Answer:

Break-even sales in dollars = $23,273

Explanation:

The break-even point is the selling price at which the selling price, equals the cost of production. no profit is made, but no loss is incurred too.

we will use the formula for calculating required selling price, to calculate the break-even price as follows:

Required selling price =  (Fixed costs + Target profit) ÷ (Contribution margin ratio)

Contribution margin ratio = Contribution margin ÷ net sales revenue

Contribution margin = sales price - variable cost

contribution margin = 40 - 18 = $22

Net sales revenue = $40

∴ contribution margin ratio = (Contribution margin ÷ net sales revenue) × 100

= 22 ÷ 40 = 55.00% = 0.55

∴ Required selling price = (Fixed costs + Target profit) ÷ (Contribution margin ratio)

Required selling price = (12,800 + 0) ÷ 55.00%

= 12,800 ÷ 0.55 = 23,272.7 = 23,273 (to the nearest dollars)

Break-even sales in dollars = $23,273

Limit order.

Explanation:

A limit order is an order executed in part or in full when a price level previously defined by it has been reached. In case of a partial execution, the order remains active until executed in full within its validity period or until cancelled.

Limit order in the L2 module :

- executed only at the specified price and only with Deltastock as a liquidity provider ;

- when another liquidity provider is used, the order is executed as a market order when the requested price is met and with the provider first to quote that price.

- in case of a partial execution of a limit order in the L2 module, the remaining amount constitutes a new limit order, valid until executed or cancelled.

Fixed cost per unit is inversely proportional to the volume of units produced.
Levart [38]
True. Fixed cost per unit is inversely proportional to the volume of units produced.

Fixed costs per unit are inversely proportional to the volume produced because depending on the amount of units made, the amount spent on fixed costs is then based. Because they are related to one another, this statement is true.
