Hi there! Okay, so the bases are 60 feet apart. From home base to first plate, you would travel 60 feet and from first plate to second plate, you travel another 60 feet. 60 + 60 is 120. Home plate is 120 feet away from second base.

Kyle grates 4/8 pound of cheese for enchiladas. He grates 2/8 pound of cheese for tacos. How much cheese does Kyle grate in all?
babymother [125]

He grates 6/8 pounds of cheese in all.

For this problem, you just have to add the numerators and keep the denominators.

4/8 + 2/8 = 6/8.

Remember, if the denominator is the same, just add the numerator.

What is the total number of people in the eight households? a.16. B. 64. C.14. D.48
Annette [7]

Answer: 48

Step-by-step explanation:

Here's the complete question:

The mean number of people per household in eight households is six people. what is the total number of people in the eight households?

First and foremost,we should note that mean means the average of a given set of numbers.

Since the mean number of people per household in eight households is six people, the total number of people in the eight households would be calculated by multiplying 6 by 8. This would be:

= 6 × 8

= 48 people
