Think: How would you get anywhere without one of these things. I would say the answer is C, choosing a topic. You can complete any of these steps without choosing what you will be working on.
so all you have to do for the first one is write about someone that happened to you in the past or if you are speaking 3rd person/2nd/person/1st person write about it like that. and for the second one just write tiny affirmations or whatever
I dont quite understand what this question means but if you want a few american heroes heres a few George Washington,Abraham Lincoln,Sam Houston,Daniel Boone....etc.....
