America is considered to be the greatest country ever because of it’s safer environment than other countries, more rights (such as voting) , and its democratic government. (Not sure if these are right)

Biopsychological perspective on depression generally view that depression could be influenced by both biological and mental factors. We can see it on the example above. Abnormal brain chemistry is the biological factors and not maintaining diet properly is the psychological factor.
Standardization does ensure the quality of a commodity, yet there are many goods available in the market without Indian Standards Institute (ISI) or AGMARK certification due to it not being a requirement for all commodities on the market. Also, many smaller products cannot afford the extensive and expensive ISI/AGMARK certification process.
Anyone can request a jury trial for any offense, but as a practical matter very minor cases are heard by only judges or magistrates. Traffic courts, or Municipal/City courts are the lowest level of court which will conduct jury trials.
